Precision Prop Repair

Brought Fully Back To OEM Spec

A bent, chipped, or cupped propeller costs you fuel economy, top speed, and puts extra strain on your lower unit and engine. Our certified welder repairs every prop with TIG welding, never brazing rods, and brings the blades back to OEM specification using pitch blocks and a pitch and rake indicator to verify the work.

Once repaired, every prop is ground, shaped, and balanced on our static or dynamic balancer, then finished, with stainless props polished to a high shine on our vibratory finishers at no extra charge.

What We Do

Precision Repair From Start To Finish

OEM Spec Restoration

Every prop is measured against pitch blocks and verified on our pitch and rake indicator to restore exact OEM specification.

Certified TIG Welding

Our certified welder TIG welds every repair for maximum strength. No brazing rods are ever used on a prop we repair.

Static And Dynamic Balancing

After grinding and shaping, every prop is balanced on our static or dynamic balancer to eliminate vibration at speed.

Finishing And Polishing

Stainless props are brought to a high polish finish on our vibratory finishers at no extra charge. Aluminum props are painted, brass props finished matte.
